I leased a new 2022 Equinox LT the deal and process went smooth. I find the dealership better than most, friendly up front, pleasant atmosphere, and better price than most dealers. I am happy.I have got to say the car dealerships have changed in many ways in the last 3 years. When a customer needs help for an issue I want to believe the dealership is there to help and of course make money but the trouble is they cant fix every issue on a car they dont poses the know how on this cars today there to complicated and the manufacturer could car less on fixes they just want sales its all about the money and there making a ton right now..The dealers need to do better communicating to the customers. But dont be to hard on this dealership there are alot worse out there. Overall its a very good place to buy. I have 80 cars plus in experience in car dealerships so I do know a lot, Service is another issue and no matter where you go there are some problems it comes down to how they handle these issues and the people that work there need to be trained but in todays world problems are increasing and this is not good.

Lost my 2018 F150 and the wife's Mercedes in Hurricane Ian flooding. Needed a new truck for the recovery efforts. Expected to pay a disaster area premium but had no choice. My salesman, Rick S, never even considered selling at a premium. Wound up with a great deal, and as a kicker, Rick delivered the car to me the next day (hadn't had the pre-delivery inspection yet).
